The Man Behind AOP
Johnnie started AOP in 2023 as a side hustle to his full-time job as a qualified panel beater in Nowra. The aim of AOP was to earn an extra income to keep his wife, Ash, at home with their two girls.
His passion for lawn mowing started in 2020 when he moved to Nowra from an apartment in Sydney - he was determined to have the greenest lawn on the street. He would spend endless hours learning about grass types and how to make it thrive in our Shoalhaven climate.
Now he spends his life making sure his clients have the greenest lawn on their streets and ensuring his staff have the same passion and drive to learn all things lawns.
His love of lawn mowing, lawn care and gardening plus a drive to provide for his family is what has grown AOP from a one-man band with a ute and a push mower, to a company that employs several people and services close to 200 clients every fortnight.
